First 45 wins ‘Boat of the Show’ in Croatia

The First 45 is all a Beneteau First is meant to be and more……a fast boat with attractive lines, a cockpit that is easy to work in both when fully crewed and short handed, and a unique and functional interior design.
Following the positive results already achieved by Lady Courier during Spi Ouest in France and Poppy of Portland during the Red Funnel Challenge in the UK, the performance attributes of this boat have already been acknowledged by the international sailing scene. In Croatia, the First 45 was unveiled in the Croatia Boat Show 2008 which was held between the 5th and the 13th April… and from amongst twenty other models from Beneteau, Jeanneau, Elan, Bavaria, Dehler and others, the First 45 won unanimously the prestigious "Sailing boat of the Croatian Boat Show 2008". In fact this success follows that same one awarded to the First 50 last year.
