Besides racing and cruising on their own personal yachts, Mark and Matthew have been racing with Alfred aboard various Beneteau sailings yachts for the past 15 years.  The highlight of their racing experience came during 2002 and 2003, when Alfred, skippered a Beneteau First 40.7; the Maltese Falcon, across the central and western Mediterranean, participating in all the major regattas. The main events were the Audi IMS European Championships in Punt’Ala, Giraglia, Rolex IMS World championships in Valencia and Capri, Copa del Rey in Palma de Majorca, Voile de St Tropez, the Jaguar Roma per Tutti in Rome, the IMS Tyrrhenian Championships in Porto Rosa, Sicily and the Rolex Middle Sea Race in Malta.  Today all three still race together on board Alfred’s Beneteau First 47.7 Allegra.
